The true feeling of summer



Is not the really of bummer,


Its the heat that makes you sweat


And cool water you get wet.


Sprinklers and diving boards,


Hot people at the pool that you adore.


Too hot to run around


Boring enough to lay on the ground.


Tanning and swimming,


Chasing the ice cream trucks.


Summer is great but not enough.


Seems like its passing too fast.

Summers not over but its coming up.


Another three months of unforgettable memories.
